Sandy has been involved in recruiting and managing legal staff in Tampa Bay for more than eighteen years.  As director of human resources for a prominent law firm, she has a well-developed understanding of the fine art of matching lawyers and support staff to the specific needs of different practice area groups like tort and business litigation, real property, probate and other specialty practices.

She is a fourth generation native of Tampa. With extensive experience at an international law firm which originated in Central Florida, she has a broad overview of Florida’s distinct geographic areas as well as a thorough understanding of the Tampa legal community and how it fits into the global picture.

She prizes and practices confidentiality and prides herself on finding ideal matches for lawyers, paralegals and other support staff to successful law firms and corporations.  Any inquiries from candidates, firms and corporations, will be handled on a strictly confidential basis.

Sandy is also an accomplished musician and is active in local charities. She enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and gourmet cooking.
